3111 E. Broad Street continues to be a blight on the neighborhood. The front porch is in terrible condition. There is no decking on the porch and what is left of the floor joists on the deck is completely rotted. There is also a window upstairs in the front (far left window) that is unsecured and partially open to the outside. The upstairs windows are also just about to fall out of the brick work they are in such bad shape. There is no paint anywhere on the woodwork of this house.

This house has been vacant and has looked terrible and has been a nuisance for years. It is obvious that the owner has no plans to do anything with this house. Numerous people have written about this house on see click fix and I cannot figure out why the city of Richmond cannot do something to get this owner to either do something with this house or sell it to someone who will. The neighbors of this house would appreciate it if the city official that answers this item explain why the city cannot do anything about this problem.
