Thank you for addressing this, City of Raleigh. FYI, I also called RPD dispatch this morning to alert them of the traffic hazard, but there are still no barricades in place. While the flooding momentarily abated enough to let traffic pass, there was another downpour and the street is blocked by water again. This is particularly problematic when nearby Powell Elementary lets out and the buses can't get through. Turning them around is tough.
