A traffic light is needed at the first entrance going east on Hall Rd to let traffic out of Partridge Creek safely like they have on Schoenherr for traffic to pull out of Lakeside Mall. What a hassel it is to wait in line forever to pull out into traffic, especially if the person in front of you isn't an aggressive driver and sits there and waits and waits while all these oppertunities to pull out go by.
