I live on Marshall St. and over many years. I have watched the house shown in the pic. @ 204 Poplar St. and the house next to it @ 206 Poplar St. slowly deteriorate. To the best of my knowledge. There has never been a single repair or any evidence of care given to either of the houses. They are falling apart, covered with mildew and home to rats that I have seen crawling alongside the foundation walls.
Hopefully, seeclicfix will get neighbor comments to the right people/property owners and have them extend the courtesy to Mordecai residents of cleaning this mess up.

If the interior of this house has the same problems as the exterior, an inspector should be sent to see if the house is fit for human habitation.

I know the city is busy, but I don't want to have to go through this process every 30 days forever. If the city can't inspect a property due to the deplorable condition of the exterior please let me know. Thanks.
