Beschreibung
There are dangerous, large potholes in the alley between Foster and Emerson, just west of Sherman. In some places they are several inches deep and have worn all the way down to the rocks below the concrete and asphalt.
Now, in summer they are filled with stagnant water, making them a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
