Beschreibung
Last year the city installed a pump to aerate the lake in Riviera Bay subdivision to stop fish kills. Since then the noise of the pump has been a continual problem for me. It interferes with sleeping and is negatively affecting my health. I have talked to engineering and nothing has been resolved. I leave messages but they do nothing. I have invited them to come by the house at 4:00 AM when it should be nice and quiet for sleeping and we can sit in my living room and have coffee while listening to the pump run. They don't take me seriously. I am very serious. I am often awake now anyway because of this. You can NOT be here during daylight hours and measure the noise with planes and trucks and lawn working going. You have to try to sleep with the incessant hum of the pump. The city is hurting my health and I want it resolved. This has gone on for several months. A simple timer that turns the pump off at 9PM and back on at 9AM would solve the issue. Surely those 12 hours of day time pumping would be sufficient to stop the fish kills in the lake.
