City had a company go down Park St from Elmwood to Marlboro and uncover old manhole covers that were paved over. The 1 at this location was never patched after they broke the pavement. There are multiple patches along Park St that have either sunk or come apart and need to be fixed. But please, don't just throw a lump of patch that creates a new bump. We have enough of those on city streets as it is.
