The office building at the corner of Jefferson and Pierce Streets uses the adjacent parcel across the street from my residence at 1223 Pierce for trash. There are several city trash cans overflowing with trash and debris littered across the end of the parking lot. Most recently there are large piles of "yard" waste and other trash in the lot (see attached picture taken yesterday 7.9.14).

The trash is an eye sore but the most disturbing issue is an extremely strong, foul smell coming from the area, either from the trash area or the wooded area along Pierce Street. It makes being in our front yard difficult. The smell has been strong for approximately 2 weeks and is not dissipating.
