Once again, an 18 wheeler is parked on Jewel St. Traffic and Parking has closed this issue yet one or more trucks are parked on Jewel St. limiting access to the cemetery there and parking in a no parking area. Yesterday I received a notice that the issue had been closed yet in the afternoon a trailer was still parked there. Perhaps checking that area daily for a few weeks would stop the issue. The driver of at least one truck lives on Blake St. and uses Jewel St. as his parking lot.
