The grounds of Park Glen, a condo/townhome community off of North Raleigh Boulevard between Millbank Street and Barksdale Drive, are covered with a disgusting amount of litter, from the field along Raleigh Boulevard to the woods along the complex's parking lot near the Brighton Road dead end. The pile of trash on the field has been there for literally months, untouched. It is blowing into the woods and adjacent properties.
