Hello! My neighbors above me have wood floors and it looks like when the floor was installed they didn't put the noise reduction barrier to prevent noise coming from the floor when people walk. This is creating a lot of disturbance for me and my family since we can hear everything they do upstairs at all times of the day and night. This is very disturbing due to maybe they did not follow the code requirements when installing wood floors on an apartment building.
