Beschreibung

House is falling apart. Unkept and an eyesore. Tree fell on roof and fence which has now exposed pool which was reported several times for mosquitos and black algae filled water. Foxes have been roaming around day & night and are sleeping in the back. We see lights on at night and think people are entering.

Large pile of tree debris from fallen branch dragged to curb side where it has sat for 10 days-2 wks (Citizens can not put out garbage, etc until night before scheduled pick up), Reported to Community Standards. Last yr often reported to Health Dept acct W Nile Virus. NO Action taken....Last yr Rkfd Police called there on a Saturday acct reported children entered pool area,,,We told Officer Marko about failure of City to act ...he made arrangement with City Water Dept and pool was drained on Monday, Thank you Officer Marko. It now holds accumulated rain water...An adventuresome child could slip into its putrid, foul water....then what??????

This needs to be reported to the Winnebago County Health Department. Sounds like the property might not be suitable for habitation.

Tree is still sitting in front of house and gutters are hanging. Have contacted city, Wells Fargo (owner) and neighborhood. Nothing being done. Fence still down allowing any "visiter" into pool area. I guess we will have to wait tl some kid falls in and drowns before they repair property.

What ever happened to rrstar trash tracker. This needs to be brought back. Put out a sign. More on city property. Slobs live here. Maybe that will get attention

Another year come and gone with nothing done. House is a danger and an eyesore to neighborhood. Place is falling apart and with kids running around the yards this summer, someone is going to get hurt or sink in the black water infested pool.

Isn't that Doug Mark's area...call him. He seems to be pretty involved. It really needs many more community partners to get this home cleaned up or torn down.. This is a shame.

The house was left after a divorce, went into foreclosure and no one has lived there for at least 4 years. It is uninhabited. There is a hole under the bay window. Tree broke apart eaves trough. Collapsed part of roof. Window on top floor is broke. Inside still looks somewhat nice but the outside is disgusting and dangerous. Especially the broken trees and black pool in back.

Door was left open last week. Someone is hanging out in there. Gutter was fixed a month ago on a Sunday eve at 8:30 pm??? and after wind the last few weeks it it is again hanging off the roof and you can hear it swinging all around the neighborhood. Mortgage company has been given several offers but will not accept. Why would Wells Fargo let this happen to a nice neighborhood. The whole neighborhood is falling apart- rapidly. We need to get these homes sold/repaired/ something.

Today Oct 31, 2012 a crew is cleaning up the place....They have been carrying junk furniture and large garbage bags from the house and from the back yard. for 3 hours plus, filling up a large trailer ...At least...SOMETHING....is happening.

Neighbor....please keep us informed. Sounds like either someone has purchased this property or the mortgage company is finally employing a company to clean it up. This kind of neglect is happening all over our country as people cannot afford their homes or up keep. SAD
