This photos isn’t of the Interurban. This is near the horrific drug trafficking encampments off of I-5. The graffiti that has continued to trash our city is RIG - Russian Independent Gang. Along with hundreds of other vandalized and graffitied areas in our community. It takes a village but it also takes a state and city with law and order and laws that do not defend and protect criminals who trash and vandalize a city to make things work. People are afraid to come to work with all the threats and thefts by the homeless addicts and gangs in our community. Laws need to change to protect us - the people who want a clean and safe city.
