A woman driving her car almost hit a cyclist, the cyclist yelled profanity at her after which the car in front of her (a man was driving) who knew the woman started to veer and purposefully tried to hit the cyclist with his car twice. Then at the red light the man got out of his car and physically and verbally threatened the cyclist. The mans license plate # was 4AL7347 and it was a Maryland plate. I also took a picture of the woman in her car who was screaming profanities at the cyclist and then me for taking photos and threatening to report them to the police.
