This is the 5th ticket I've opened with Rat Abatement and no action has been taken. Tickets are closed without any idea as to why. Subway sandwich shop at this residence is the cause. No lids on trashcans and they have to much trash to handle in single cans. Rat droppings everywhere in the alley. I live on the 3rd floor and the rats dig into my plants and go through everything.
