This street really needs COT's attention. Quite frankly, pothole repair has been done annually on this street, but it's not enough. All of Lester from N 4th to Mountain needs to be repaved as pothole repairs are just an ineffective bandaid.

We see numerous potholes opening up on E Lester St. from Santa Rita Ave. to N Park Ave., especially those near N Fremont Ave.

A task has been assigned to a Public Works staff member for this issue.

I second all the previous comments. Especially the patches, which make the problem worse. They break up immediately and generate even more debris than there was before.
This is true for nearly all roads in this neighborhood, Google Street View images show that this issue has been ignored for several years.
