If you're u-turning at this light people who have a red light choose to turn on top of people. I think we need a no right turn on red. So that those who are u-turning or turning left, don't have to sit through 4 or 5 cycles of this light. The people who are u-turning have the right of way. People with a red light do not. This is a huge problem. Especially when Butler High School let's out. Or it's dinner time. Please pay attention !! !,
