Vehicles traveling East on Strickland Road have nearly no legal shared middle lane access to queue before turning into the school chesterbrook academy. The solid double line does not accomodate a queue to turn left into the parking lot at 10200 Strickland Rd. To avoid crossing the solid lines, may the solid lines become dashed to permit traffic going east to properly access the shared center lane? thanks.
