I walk along Maple Lawn Blvd, Tilghman Street, and Tawes Street today and saw a number of raised sidewalks that need to be shaved. I walk my loved one in a wheelchair sometimes and encounter bumps, which she has almost been thrown from the chair, very unsafe.
