There is a white van parked on Fairview street, which has been there for at least 6 months. The owner doesn't live on Fairview, yet resides at 212 Ridgeland Avenue. This van is an "extra" vehicle for the owner and has been parked there so long that scrub has been growing out from underneath. This vehicle is practically abandoned, and is not only very unsightly, but unsafe to have parked there. Perhaps it can be cited or towed away?

Could we get an update on this? Acknowledged by C Hardnett, but it has now been a month since the request and the vehicle has not moved. That seems more than ample time for the owner to make a good faith effort to repair the vehicle or dispose of it. Can there be a citation issued or can the vehicle be towed?
