My child goes to Wiley elementary and I have noticed a problem that should be addressed on Saint Mary's in front of the Carriage house arts building. A city bus and a car going in opposites directions cannot pass each other because traffic is allowed to park on both sides of the street in this narrow corridor. It is weird how the parking is allowed on both sides for a very narrow corridor by the bus stop. Honestly, even 2 big vans or SUVs couldn't pass each other here because of cars parked on each side. Consider removing about 100 ft of parking on the Saint Mary's School side along the street. This would allow traffic to flow.
