Why is it that a certain Marina on sunset avenue does not pay all the taxes on the boat slip properties it is commercial property and they don't pay a fair amount of commercial taxes. Also they're using water for boat slips that does not belong to them legally that is theft. He still has a job on the school board. That's not right
