The comment did not come across. The trees / shrubs / vegetation is encroaching on the road just before the European tailor. The distance is enough to touch and eventually scratch the sides of passing cars.

This section of road has been added to the City Right of Way maintenance list and will be cleared fully by Friday and then on a regular schedule in the future.
