The City right-of-way is in dire need of maintenance. The North side of Afton Lane has weeds and ivy that have taken over. The curbs/gutters are overrun with debris causing storm water diversion issues. I filed this same issue last year and it was "added to the regular maintenance log"...but actually only got serviced once. A monthly visit would help tremendously. Thanks!
