Severe potholes under the railroad bridge on Johnson Parkway near the Hmong Village. This bridge is causing traffic backups at rush hour and a lot of road rage. I was pushed by an SUV because I had come to almost a full stop because of the holes).

Can you put down steel plates until the weather conditions permit a better solution?
