Temporary roadway changes on Buena Vista at Entrance Road are very difficult to see during setting sun hours, and after dark. No flashers or other temporary construction lighting is present, somebody already hit the fences at the intersection of Entrance and Buena Vista today as they were driving toward the setting sun.
