Do you have any evidence that they're "casing the neighborhood" and "looking for victims"? Or is it just speculation based on your skills as an amateur criminal profiler?

Please stop calling them biker Gangs.. their are only a few so called bad motorcycle clubs around new haven and they dont go out looking to hurt people for no reason.. this is just because you have already complained about loud bikes in new haven and nothing happend so now you wanna put this story out there so cops start doing something.. you have no Facts. so when you get facts and proof send it to the media then. have a great day

I was riding my bike around town, and was verbally attacked by a bunch of teenagers intentionally trying to startle bikers. This is extremely dangerous when we are riding in traffic.
