  One picture is worth 1000 words so here is a composite of 4 pictures. As illustrated in the photos, the difference in height between the edge of the asphalt and the abruptness of the pavement edge created two low spots where the asphalt overlays our driveway apron, which prevents water from flowing to the street. These areas are at the extreme edges of the driveway apron closest to the north and south curb cuts. As seen in the photos, this abrupt edge also creates an uneven walking surface in the middle of the sidewalk. This area is far from our property line and the problem was created by the abrupt edge that resulted after previous repaving of the road.

  Dear Customer Response Team, The above mentioned service request has not yet been acted on and the Chip Coat work is scheduled to begin tomorrow on 20th Ave NW. The required mediation repair will be much harder to complete once the additional layer of Chip Coat has been applied. Can you provide me with an update on the service request please?
