Tenants from apartment building 1860 have dumped unwanted items again onto the sidewalk infront of another home 1864 and it has now spilled into the street. This needs to be cleaned up as it's a breeding ground for the already huge rats that live here and has rendered that section of street unusable to park. This is unfair to be forced to live amongst piles of trash and filth.
