  Thank you for that but it's not a solution to notify DeKalb repeatedly. The road is crumbling. And the intersection is unsafe for pedestrians because the crosswalks must get repainted. 😘 King for further City of Decatur action to remedy.

  Sharron, have you contacted Dekalb Watershed? The city cannot fix the water lines.

  Yes, I contacted the DeKalb Watershed. Spoke with Melvin. The General Foreman for the project is Quinton Spivey. The water main leak has been repaired and covered by a loose metal plate. Roadbed is crumbling and crosswalks need repainting. Intersection is dangerous.

  Once a water leak is fixed, DeKalb will then repair the road. Since the repairs are needed from a water leak, the county is still the one to repair it.
