Beschreibung
Monroe St. from 8th st. to 9th st. is a bridge and a no parking zone as indicated by road markings and signs. Following road construction, the road markings near the curb were not replaced leaving what appears to be a parking space. Illegally parked cars reduce the already poor visibility for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists crossing Monroe (a busy trail crossing). These markings should be repaired.
