Edgemont St Between Beverly And 2nd Los Angeles, California - Mid Wilshire

From Beverly to 2nd there are several non working/functioning cars that do not move (except for street cleaning, then back to their original spot). They are non functioning, or barely functioning, overstaying their 72 hour limit every week for months.

It's not just Edgemont, Koreatown has a major problem with vehicles that sit all week in one spot, park on the grass easement (Kenmore and Catalina) and/or the streets are used as repair stations for items more complicated than a simple oil change.

Who would we contact about this issue?
