People exiting the freeway at laurel canyon turning left always block the intersection, making it impossible for the people turning on to the freeway from the southbound left lanes. The traffic light should be adjusted to allow more cars to move through. It happens every day

Gang related graffiti on wall followed by offensive words

Divide southbound traffic into two lanes at this intersection. The left of the wto lanes for left turn, straight, and far left turn to Moorpark Way. The right lane would be to turn onto Riverside Drive. This would enable right on red onto Riverside Drive. Too often, drivers stop on red in such a way as to prevent right turns onto Riverside Dr.

Definite Public Safety and traffic problem on Chatsworth street between Topanga & De Soto. Excessive speeding and running of stop signs on a residential equestrian zone street. Over five boarding & riding stables and many horses in back yards. Motorists are using street as short cut to freeways. 35 mile speed limit seems a bit fast with children riding horses on the dirt path along side of street have to navigate around parked cars on the side dirt shoulder. Need more "caution " "Slow" "Entering Horse area" and "children at play" signs. Currently very few horse signs. Desperately need police presence giving tickets before someone gets killed. DOT need to mark the road by Browns CYN wash is, there is a bicycle / pedestrian / equestrian crossing street crossing . Neighborhood council thinks a flashing pedestrian light would be best like the near by see image of crossing:

The markings on the street are faded and/or missing causing confusion for two lanes of drivers as they enter the 405/101/I5 onramp.

Massive pothole in street at curb, when you are turning right onto Barham. This has been there so long. It is more like an abscess than a pothole.

Several tents up "permanently" with trash all over the sidewalks and easement. Reported to 311 weekly with few lasting results.
It is NOT okay to camp indefinitely day and night. Tents cannot be up past 6 AM.

B Sweet dessert shop has a very short ledge in the sidewalk when you enter the building. It is impossible to notice at night, which is when I tripped on this and I ended up getting serious damage to my knee. It is very probable that somebody else has also had this happen to them.
