Person(s) renting house refuse to cut/mow grass. Grass and weeds 3-4 feet tall. Wild animals (mice, rats) seem to be living in the front yard. Their address is 10720 Moorpark Street, North Hollywood, CA 91602

This house has been a blight and a total eyesore for years.

1. There are overgrown weeds, grass, and other vegetation in the sidewalk (on that patch of grass between the sidewalk and the street), and the front yard has not been maintained at all. If you park your car in front of this house, the passenger cannot get out of the car without stepping on overgrown grass, weeds, or whatever there is over there. The front yard is not being maintained at all, but there are flowers being grown on the patch of grass between the sidewalk and the street. If the flowers get any bigger, they will interfere even more with the cars that are parked there.

2. A towing business has been operated from the house for several years, and a big towing truck is always parked in the driveway of this residential neighborhood.

The house is owned by Maplewood Investment Group, LLC (registered agent: Benhoor Elyashar). The current residents appear to be tenants.
