Someone dropped household trash on Spears Creek Church road in front of our community, Spears Creek Church road. This road is a part of the adopt a highway program, but I have never seen anyone out here cleaning up this road.

Tossed cigarette from drivers window

Lady threw large cup out of driver side window while we were approaching red light going 10-15 mph. The car was a smaller compact silver 4 door with Pennsylvania plate with a large Carolina sticker across the back windshield. The driver did not slow down or stop after littering. Unfortunately I did not get the make/model or a photograph in time for documentation. I hope this person does not get away with this intentional littering violation. Thank you.

Shame on this young driver and passengers, apparently this BHS student and friends did not want to leave trash in their nice car so thought the solution was to throw out their window while driving down Farrow Road. I followed them into the BHS parking lot, but lost them once they parked.
