Gas line cap is missing, leaving hole in middle of intersection

Fence damaged at SW corner of the water treatment plant grounds. Looks like a tree might have fallen in it and has since been removed, so maybe you know about this. I thought I should let you know in case you don't .

Third Street needs to be repaved. Please fix.

There is significant debris in the street on Overridge leftover from a street paving project that just completed a half hour ago.

Light green metal box (maybe phone or electricity) looks to be hit by a car. Located off Green Road between Chase bank and Green Rd. Near the intersection of Plymouth Road and Green Rd.

The lid on the bin for the sand and salt mixture is susceptible to being blown shut. It clobbered me in the head. It was surprising because it seems like the angle the chains keep it at would have been sufficient, but one of this morning's gusts got me good. ie

Is having the AC unit and a wood board in the fire escape window compliant with fire code?

The ceiling in the girls/women’s bathroom has large stains on the ceiling that appear to be water damage.

I am not sure if this is the correct place to report this or not, but behind the KMS building, there are panels of metal containers. I am not sure what these contain, electrical panels maybe, refrigeration for AC? One of the containers has been blocked off with absorbable stockings placed around it and it is leaking something. This has been there for a couple of months and occasionally, the stockings get replaced but the container continues to leak. When it rains, you can see the substance that is leaking float on the rain water (like an oil) into the drainage system. This building is owned by Oxford Company

I am concerned about the development construction at the bottom of Sunset Rd (junction with Wildt). They had the street closed off for a month - the barricades are gone but they continue to close the street intermittently most every day and use the street for a construction staging area. They also burst the water main a few weeks back and the entire road is covered with silt and sediment, they even dumped piles of sand and dirt on the road. All this will end up in the Huron River. And I believe the flood of water which lasted for 8 hours has damaged the road surface.
