    The bus stop is on Carls Ct, Ellicott City, MD 21043. This stop is adjacent to the Walmart on North Ridge Rd, Ellicott City, Md 21043. I am a board member of the Ellicott's Retreat Condominium Assoc. Every morning when I walk my dogs, I bag trash left at the bus stop from the Walmart shoppers. They also leave their Walmart carts at the bus stop. The Condo board would like to know if this is a permanent bus stop? If it is, is it possible to have a trash can that can be emptied. This stop is at the entrance to our community. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    Bus stop #407 on Kilimanjaro Road near Oakland Mills High School and Macomber Lane -- the photo attached was taken five weeks ago and the trash can at this bus stop still has not been picked up/disposed of. We have called Howard County's open space and were given the name of who to call re: the RTA system and multiple voicemails have been left, no call back and no trash pick up as of today, August 13 2020. Not only is this unsightly, but it is also a health hazard.
