I think there's a sewage leak (from the storm-water drain) in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts. Water is running down street and it smells like raw sewage.

Water is flowing from my neighbors yard into the street. His yard is a mud pit but maybe he doesn’t care. But this will cause some deterioration in riverside drive. This has been happening for 2 weeks.

The intersection of Lake Forrest Dr and Stewart Dr is always wet with spots of standing water. Not a problem until the temperature drops below freezing. It's a pretty large area and has been like this for a while.
