City of Sandy Springs PLUS

patio covered in dogfaces, odor, dog barking continuously all day long

There is land disturbance and severe impact to the critical root zones of trees in the back yard of 575 Dalrymple. They are installing something related to the sewer system. It does not look like they have a permit, and they are destroying the trees on the neighboring parcel on Wyncourtney Dr.

This address has had an abandoned vehicle parked on their grass (a non hardened all weather surface) for a long time and it appears to be inoperative. It is a code violation and a bad look for the neighborhood and county.

This is an ongoing problem. The city of Sandy springs owns this island just before the Grogan’s bluff entrance and to the right hand side. Horribly landscaped and never maintained. We need this cleaned up. Additionally, trash and garbage from the work crews was left behind and never cleaned up.

They have had the loudest drilling going on since 10pm Monday night. I’ve reported and nothing has came from it. It is currently 3:24 and drilling is yet to stop. No way construction is legal at this timee. I am almost in tears

This is an Alan Fishman rental property. They currently are breeding pit bulls and they own goats. Both get out regularly and are a large disturbance to the neighborhood. Additionally this is rented as a duplex and there are a lot of unrelated tenants. The tenants are lovely however the landlord needs to keep the property up to code. He should make sure the yard is cared for weekly!!!

Unsafe conditions.
Unlocked maintenance utility rooms.
HVAC repairs/ cleanings needed due to mold
Sunken in flooring.
Unqualified Maintnence that allows issues to go on without repair or restoration.
Building sinking.

Our neighbor has already been told they he can not build his intended structure on his lot, which he tried to do illegally in the first place and was reported to code enforcement. He still has construction material on the lot which have been sitting for over 6 months, resulting in over grown grass and a vehicle on the street that is not operable. Yards in Sandy springs can not be used to store construction material and equipment. Multiple codes are being violated and he refuses to do anything about it.

10+ piles of sticks yard debris have been at curb for several weeks

This man not only continues drilling but now he’s brought a loud truck up here @12:23 & is drilling at the same time. On a Tuesday night. You’re telling me this is completely legal on residential property????At this time??? No construction all day- but let 10pm hit😡
