Another incident of bench used as an outdoor toilet. Human excrement on and next to park bench. This is not the first time. Nobody can use this bench because it's usually wrecked by human waste. Please put lights and cameras on the park. Dog waste bags strewn around the bin. Dogs aren't even allowed on city parks. Nasty.

Someone took all the nuts off of the bolts to keep the seesaw secure. It needs new bolts & nuts
