    email: Hello, I am in the process of installing a vinyl fence on the west end of my property. Before moving forward with the fence installation I obtained quotes to have the oak trees which would align the fence on my property trimmed. I had an arborist come out to assess the trees as I was also concerned about one of the oaks which appeared to be in bad shape and wanted an expert to examine the tree. The arborist informed me that the ailing oak is dying due to its roots being cut back by the City to accommodate the City’s manhole which is located adjacent to the tree. Due to this we would like to discuss having the City come out to assess the tree as with time it could become a potential hazard due to its location on our property (easement area).

    If you could please reply in a timely manner as we have put off having our vinyl fence installed due to this situation.
