They are building some kind of building in their small backyard really close to their brick walls and taller than the HOA allows. They also have an RV parked on their driveway that someone is living in.

There used to be a sloping hill from one property to the other. They have dug out the hill about a year ago and never put in a retaining wall. The remaining dirt is starting to give and the whole fence is going to come down due to the erosion taking place with no hill or wall in place to support the fence.

They only do work on weekends...today they actually sledge hammered the street and then filled the hole back in when they were done. They moved the dirt and built a retaining wall. There have been no inspectors to sign off on anything.

“New owner” has placed fencing without land being surveyed for property lines. Also has enclosed access to telephone pole/line which has caused technical difficulties and no access for repair.

Construction started at 6:30 this morning. Yet again outside of legal hours.
Nothing is being done.

A question. Is it permissible to have a "long term" porta potty in your back yard?

It is 5:50 and KB construction has begun. Loud beeping form trucks, drilling, and hauling of dirt. Ignored the violation yesterday but it has yet again become a pattern of behavior. It isnt even light outside yet! I see a previous report is still open from March, when is something going to be done? The residents who bought homes Prior to their arrival shouldn't be subjected to this daily!

Unpermitted Construction

This tree company has been using chainshaws as early as 6am all of last week Monday- Friday and this morning at 6:15. Apparently 180 homes are being built here however no postings of this project is happening. Please address Rudy’s tree service 951 679 4679
