Excessive noise in the form of megaphones, bullhorns, music through amplifier. Ongoing with recent incident at 1:30 PM 8/14/22.

Please do something about the bikers who run into people. I witness everyday bikers who are not looking and running over older people, kids, etc. I know this is impossible to control but maybe this needs to be in the form of public reminders in media along side special events/ concert/farmers market/business association etc postings. It is really sad when people don’t want to stroll around due to the bikers. Everyone has to enjoy.

Landlord refuses to have heater fixed.
Gas heater with a high temperature output thru the exhaust pipe. No heat in the house.

Pregnant woman and toddler living in home.
Heat plate in heater needs to be replaced.
Landlord needs to be cited. And repairs need to be completed immediately.
Please help!
Have requested landlord in writing to repair and he treats it as a joke.

I think it would be helpful to
paint "Bicycles must walk" or "Walk your bike" (or a similar phrase) directly onto the Dorset bridge sidewalks. The existing signs are not effective. The signs are small, and they are posted way above the sight lines of most cyclists. Many people either fail to notice the signs or simply ignore them. I think it would be much harder for cyclists to ignore large, clearly painted signage while riding directly on it. This type of signage works well for obscured stop signs. Bikes ridden over that bridge are a real hazard. I have already witnessed one bike collision this year and have almost been hit by a cyclist riding on that bridge more than once.

Newest illegal disruption emanating from Newport Marine. The son of Mike Avena, racing a drag strip car with no mufflers straight exhaust pipes. no inspection around the block of Sunset Avenue. This illegal vehicle not to mention noise ordinance violation going around the block Friday June 9th 2023 around 6:00 p.m. disrupting the weekend tranquility and dinner time of everyone in the immediate area. Perhaps he's trying to out do his father like when he drives the diesel forklift or tractor up and down the street on Sunday disrupting everyone's dinner with the stencil diesel smoke. That also is a noise ordinance violation. Google Ventor City noise ordinance. Read it become educated file complaints to all the proper agencies. Put the end to the tyrannical rulling. Also in the city code Google attractive nuisance that's the perfect description of the obsolete crane sitting there on the property of Newport Marine not to mention the entire junkyard. Start calling the state officials because nothing gets done by the city . New Jersey State attorney general, New Jersey state prosecutor also call the governor's office. Call EPA about all the sand he is dumping into the intercoastal waterway
