  • 465 Bellevue Ave Oakland, California, 94610 - Oakland
The camps under the oak trees and along the alley between my building & the burger joint (near Anh's Burgers) keeps adding tents and individuals. Since there is no category for unhoused camps or loitering, I presume this means the city has determined these to be private property. Therefore I'm submitting under residential blight private property only. Please do something to have these unsightly camps relocated and the intimidating individuals nears Anhs Burger removed. Thank you!

  • 5685 Carberry Ave Oakland, California, 94609 - Bushrod

  • 2187 Magellan Dr Oakland CA 94611, United States - Shepherd Canyon
There is a large amount of debris and soil that slid in a landslide from the backyard of 2187 Magellan Dr. onto the Montclair Railroad Trail (an Oakland park). The contracted retaining wall work did not remove the debris. The debris poses potential safety hazards to trail users in addition to affecting drainage; the debris is loose and eroding, impacting runoff. The soil also allows fire-prone invasive plants to proliferate. The soil, debris and overgrowing vegetation cannot be safely cleared without professional expertise. It is surprising the contracted work didn't clear debris that slid down from the residence.
  • 2226 Myrtle St Oakland, California, 94607 - McClymonds
The property is not secured, and people entered and graffitied, clearly visible to the public street. Also, the overgrown weeds are a fire hazard.
  • 885 27th St Oakland, CA, 94607, USA - McClymonds

This property has been repeatedly reported over the years, as a Health hazard. The Rodent (large rats) has increased exponentially as of summer, 2020.
The owner lives in San Francisco and complacent to the run down condition of the problem with the surrounding interior yard (unkempt grounds).

The huge abundance of discarded debris is a haven for the large Rodent infestation that's overflowing onto neighboring properties. This blight is also a concern for possible COVID-19 outbreak, due to uncleanness, larg bags full of debris, all types of car parts, inoperable vehicles, hazardous oil and gas cans, garbage bags full of canine feces, et al.

Just stand at the front rod iron gate and look onto the property.

They run a large electrical cord from the house to a large blue van, parked acroas the street, in front of warehouse at 880 27th street, Oakland CA, to operate a Generator to sleep on sidewalk across from 885 27th street, Oakland CA 94607.

It goes on and on. The owner has to be put on notice, a fine is pending if this property is not cleaned, sanitized, and purged.

Lastly, the owner is aware of the state of their property. They've been put on notice for a couple of years, and turns a blind eye, not caring whom the occupants are...multiple comings and goings.
