Squatters burring trash on balcony of vacant home.

House has been burned down and was boarded up and the boards have been taken down. Steals the mail from the neighboring houses. He lives in the shed in the backyard and plays music loudly and sells drugs out of the house.

The "residents" leave their dog outside day and night, they've accumulated a lot of trash and at least one car on blocks.

Bad tall and dried weeds. This property has been between owners...

There is new digging and probable construction in a fenced area next to the soon to open Sweet Tomatoes
What is going up just east of sweet tomatoes?
Will it absorb the restaurant parking?
Will it be a drive thru and create more congestion and traffic hazards at an already problematic intersection?
Will it interfere with parking and walking in and out of sweet tomatoes which gets a lot of families and children?

Caller advised property is abandoned and power / water is cut off. Caller advised homeless use property to do drugs/prostitution and leave their trash behind when they leave. Caller advised there is trash strewn about the front/back yard and the location attracts more and more foot traffic.

This property has been issued several violations by the Midvale Park Homeowners Association HOA and they have continued to ignore them. The carport is full of construction materials, an old boat and other misc debris. The back yard is a jungle and junkyard that has not been touched in years.

I've been reporting these potholes since DECEMBER 2023!! YOU keep closing my request!!!! Do you not see!? There are giant potholes blocking the road!!!!! How many times do I have to report it!? I report it multiple times a week!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Where is my tax money going!? Why is it okay for you to keep unlawfully silence reports!? What do I have to do to get these damn potholes filled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????

This property has been empty for some time after the residents died. There is a junk camper, camper shell, roofing tiles, and many other items of debris in the lot. I have seen pack rats running on the property and I am concerned it will harbor rattlesnakes and other nuisance pests.

Caller has contacted 311 prior regarding this concern. Caller was requested by TPD to contact code enforcement, regarding squatters living in the home where the owner is 102 and is no longer there, but in rehab. Caller is reporting that the squatters are involved in drugs and that there was a drug bust there previously with arrests being made. Caller is also reporting children there at times. Per the caller they enter through the back of the home and there are random people there at all times. and a dog that apparently does not belong to them as a person continually goes to the home and knocks on the door requesting that they give her their dog back.
