Caller with streets reporting 7 delineators have been taken out.

A van plowed over the traffic circle and took down a reflective pole and vertical rock column.

Caller is Frank with transportation (520-403-9419) he stated the delineators on the front of the bill noses are all off. He stated it is like this all the way to swan.

Replace 3 flex posts for bike lane

Crosswalk needs to be repainted. Can't see cross walk anymore. Dangerous for pedestrians

Caller stated the yellow/orange and black poles in the median area was hit and was in the road but he moved it so it will only need replacement.

There is a curb that is damaged West entry of South Brush Canyon Drive;

Rip rap at the front entrance of S. Brush Canyon Drive (southwest corner curb where there is now quite a hole from water erosion. This is a safety hazard for anyone who might inadvertently drive into the ditch. 6” x 6” rock (with smaller stones to fill the gaps) would then be added to cover and enhance the entrance.

Damaged traffic reflectors on E Escalante rd (east bound side) at S Avenida De Las Palmas. Car debris from recent accident as well

Caller is inquiring about getting a crosswalk set up at the intersection of Blacklidge and Alvernon. Caller reports that there is a bus stop in this area but not a safe way to cross the street.

Right Lane turn only sign is bent. It looks to be hit at the bottom.
