    Caller stated she saw a golf cart on the side of the wash and that three people were trying to push it. The three people were wearing black hoodies. The caller and spouse went to push the golf cart out of the wash area and brought it to their home, where it is in their front yard now due to probably stolen. The golf cart has a Navy emblem on the front bumper. I let the caller know that I will contact Code enforcement to see if they will pick it up.

The caller couldn't say if it is operational. He stated he believes it's a Chevrolet Malibu but it doesn't have any badges.

    Caller is reporting an abandoned junk vehicle in front of her condo in a parking spot. She stated that you can see it as soon as you enter the lot from Euclid. yellow convertible Mercedes Benz layers of dirt on it, It has been there without moving since March. There is no license plate on it. It looks like it was in an accident. Caller stated that management is not dealing with it, so she wanted to report it so that it gets dealth with. Caller stated there is no license plate.

    Car is abandoned in the alley way of the possibly belonging to the complainants son who is homeless, Clarence Granillo, was involved in an altercation last evening. Caller states that the car is in the alley but directly behind the house and is broke down, was involved in a DUI incident as well. Caller states that the car has no plates. Call stated she is elderly and is uncomfortable with the car directly behind home and partially blocking driveway.

    Calling to report a vehicle that has been left in the parking lot for 4-5 days now. The vehicle is a black 2022 Chevrolet Malibu with a CA Plate: 9BAJ066

    The Avalanche is missing its two front tires sitting on jack stands. There is old Honda Accord near the Avalanche. There is drug use in the area. It's been abandoned there for three weeks.

    Caller is the manager for the neighborhood association. Vehicle is parked in a residential neighborhood up on the sidewalk where there are no parking signs posted. Caller reports that vehicles are randomly parking up on the sidewalk on a daily basis. Caller has contacted 911 before and it was reported that a tow truck would go out and remove the vehicle but she is unclear if that ever happened. Caller has called code enforcement but states that the vehicles will be gone by the time they get there. When the caller attempts to contact 911, she is redirected to the city resource line. Caller is concerned for people trying to use the sidewalk since it is blocked.
