Weeds over grown on sidewalk and crosswalk entry, dangerous for handicapped

Corner of Hoover & west 16th. This is a vacant lot NEXT to 141 west 16th.

Weeds are overgrown on public use of sidewalk

Palm tree branches cut down and placed on the corner of East 8th st & G st national city. City needs to have them picked up.
#1. It's an eye sore
#2. National City landscaping or tree service need to trim the palm tree the city planted for the Beautification of the city but the trees are over growing and it doesn't look that beautiful. Just making you aware that this is an on going problem that can be fixed easily. Thank you in advance
