    Multiple trees have trembly dead limbs that overhang wires and a good portion of the street especially in the area of the new speed bump . Even with the a slight wind or rain these limbs break off in chunks and fall onto the street .. Only a matter of time before they take out wires on the fall down or land on a car or person they really need to be cut back

    Cars parked illegally on south side of Barker St. every morning making 2-way traffic impossible. Made several calls to HPD with no results. Often HPD cars are content to sit in the traffic caused by the illegally parked cars!

    See photo. The signage on the right is missing the "Pay to Park" sign (as shown on the left). Every day I see people park in the three spots next to the pole lacking the "Pay to Park" sign and then come back to a ticket, because while it is clear that there is a 2-hr limit, it's not clear that you have to pay.
