Yale University Freshman Arrival, Friday August 22nd
The new incoming class of Yale University freshmen are moving in today, August 22nd. The City of New Haven is working with the University by reserving on-street metered parking spaces as well as areas for unloading, to assist students in the process of moving into housing within the downtown area.
On-Street Parking/Unloading Locations:
South Side of Elm St between York St. and College St. (one travel lane closed, including the bicycle lane)
North Side of Chapel St between College St. and High St. (parking meter #s 80702 - 80706)
High St between Chapel St and Elm St (all parking meters)
College St between Chapel St and Elm St (all parking meters)
